Free Speech

For All Individuals

For Campus Members

Individuals who are members of the campus community are permitted to express their free speech outdoors.  Faculty, staff, or student organizations are permitted to express their free speech indoors.  The university encouraged organizations to reserve their space; however, it is not a requirement for free speech activity only. 

 

For Non-Campus Members

Activity is prohibited unless sponsored by a faculty, staff, or student organization. 

Non-Campus Members who wish to reserve space may contact the Event Management office or visit /faculty-staff/astra/.  Event & Reservation fees may apply.
