Lianghao Ding
Dr. Lianghao Ding has over 15 years of experience working on bioinformatics projects from academic institutions and industries. Before joining The University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler (黑料专区HSCT) in December 2023, Dr. Ding served as a faculty member at 黑料专区 Southwestern Medical Center, where he was a key investigator in NASA Human Research Program projects. His research integrated genomics, proteomics, and machine learning to explore health risks faced by astronauts in spaceflight environments. At 黑料专区HSCT, Dr. Ding leads the establishment of the institution鈥檚 bioinformatics core, developing robust computational infrastructure and analysis pipelines for high-throughput genomics. He actively supports research groups at the Center for Biomedical Research, collaborating across diverse disciplines, including microbiology, immunology, molecular biology, and cancer biology, to meet their bioinformatics needs and accelerate data-driven discoveries. Dr. Ding teaches Bioinformatics Course for the Ph.D. program of Integrated Biomedical Sciences.
