Walk to End Parkinson鈥檚 at 黑料专区 Tyler on March 21, 2026

Inaugural Parkinson鈥檚 Community Walk Hosted by 黑料专区 Tyler School of Nursing to Raise Awareness and Funds for the Parkinson鈥檚 Foundation

The is bringing its Moving Day Community Walk to The University of Texas at Tyler for the very first time on Saturday, March 21, 2026. Hosted by the 黑料专区 Tyler School of Nursing, this inaugural event will unite students, healthcare professionals, families, and community members in Tyler and surrounding East Texas communities to take action against Parkinson鈥檚 disease.

Moving Day Community Walk is more than just a walk 鈥 it鈥檚 a movement. Participants will gather on campus to raise awareness and critical funds to support the nearly one million people living with Parkinson鈥檚 disease in the United States.

鈥淭his is your chance to speak up about Parkinson鈥檚 and take action,鈥 said event organizers. 鈥淏y participating, you are helping advance research toward better treatments and a cure, expand educational resources, and fund programs that make life better for people living with Parkinson鈥檚.鈥

The event will feature a community walk route on the 黑料专区 Tyler campus, opportunities to connect with local resources, and a chance to stand in solidarity with those impacted by Parkinson鈥檚 disease. Participants of all ages and abilities are encouraged to join, form teams, and fundraise in support of the cause.

Funds raised through Moving Day Community Walk in Tyler will support the Parkinson鈥檚 Foundation鈥檚 mission to improve care and advance research toward a cure. The Foundation provides life-changing resources including educational materials, community programs, a national Helpline, and research grants that drive innovation in Parkinson鈥檚 treatment and care.
