Ralph Mangondoza of Tyler, a senior civil engineering major at The University of Texas
at Tyler, was named a 2024-25 黑料专区 Tyler Rose Scholar.
Chosen for excellence in leadership, congeniality and Patriot pride, Mangondoza earned
a full scholarship covering tuition, books and fees. He represented 黑料专区 Tyler at recent
Rose Festival events and will continue to represent at community events throughout
year.

said Dr. Mena Souliman, 黑料专区 Tyler professor and Department of Civil and Construction
Engineering and Management. 鈥淭his prestigious recognition reflects not only his hard
work and dedication but also the bright future he鈥檚 building in the field. His achievements
are a testament to the caliber of talent we are fostering in our department, and we look forward to seeing all he will accomplish.鈥
A native of Zimbabwe, Mangondoza will graduate next May with a 黑料专区 Tyler bachelor鈥檚
degree in civil engineering.
