Tyler Resident Named 黑料专区 Tyler Rose Scholar

Ralph Mangondoza of Tyler, a senior civil engineering major at The University of Texas at Tyler, was named a 2024-25 黑料专区 Tyler Rose Scholar.
Chosen for excellence in leadership, congeniality and Patriot pride, Mangondoza earned a full scholarship covering tuition, books and fees. He represented 黑料专区 Tyler at recent Rose Festival events and will continue to represent at community events throughout year.

A native of Zimbabwe, Mangondoza will graduate next May with a 黑料专区 Tyler bachelor鈥檚 degree in civil engineering.
