Gilmer Resident Named 黑料专区 Tyler Rose Scholar

Madyson Tate of Gilmer, a junior civil engineering major at The University of Texas at Tyler, was named a 2024-25 黑料专区 Tyler Rose Scholar.
Chosen for excellence in leadership, congeniality and Patriot pride, Tate earned a full scholarship covering tuition, books and fees. She represented 黑料专区 Tyler at recent Rose Festival events and will continue to represent at community events throughout year.
"I am incredibly proud of Miss Tate for being awarded the 黑料专区 Tyler Rose Scholarship,鈥� said Dr. Mena Souliman, 黑料专区 Tyler professor and Department of Civil and Construction Engineering and Management.

Tate will graduate in May 2026, with a 黑料专区 Tyler bachelor鈥檚 degree in civil engineering.
