Students from The University of Texas at Tyler University Academy-Tyler placed first and second at the fifth annual East Texas High School Idea Challenge. Hosted by the 黑料专区 Tyler ETX Launchpad, the competition aims to foster creativity and entrepreneurship among high school students and inspire the next generation of inventors and innovators.
Winners Rebekah Daniel and Bliss Joseph each received a 黑料专区 Tyler scholarship in the amount of $5,000 for their integrated healthcare app, Apollo Care. Team members Tristan O'Sullivan, Giovanni Pinedo and Hayden Burns each received a 黑料专区 Tyler scholarship in the amount of $2,500 for their multi-use, self-charging utility tool called EcoStep.

The Idea Challenge is open to all East Texas high schools. Students are invited to submit their ideas, either individually or by teams, and compete for the top prizes, which are intended to support the education and career paths of promising young innovators. For more information, visit .
