Southside Bank Gives $25k to Support 黑料专区 Tyler Students

The University of Texas at Tyler announced that Southside Bank gifted $25,000 for scholarships to help students impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Southside Bank Hole-in-One Scholars program targeted students enrolled for fall 2020 who have a financial hardship as a result of the pandemic. Twenty-five $1,000 scholarships were awarded.
鈥淥ur students are experiencing the economic consequences of COVID-19,鈥� said Dr. Michael Tidwell, 黑料专区 Tyler president. 鈥淭his generous gift from our friends at Southside Bank demonstrates their commitment to student success.鈥�
Southside Bank has supported the 黑料专区 Tyler Million Dollar Hole-in-One as the title sponsor for many years. The Hole-in-One is part of the annual 黑料专区 Tyler Patriot Classic golf event, which was postponed due to COVID-19.
