The University of Texas at Tyler will recognize Ethics Week with a public discussion panel featuring community experts, Dr. Howard Patterson, vice president for student affairs, announced.
The ºÚÁÏ×¨Çø Tyler Center for Ethics will present "Have Times Changed? –Building Community Through Ethical Perspectives on the Syrian Refugee Crisis" 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 18 at the Ornelas Activity Center, 3402 Old Omen Road in Tyler.
The panel will discuss their perspectives on the following question: "What are the prevailing values and issues that should inform our decisions regarding the Syrian refugee crisis in the U.S.?"
