The University of Texas at Tyler graduate nursing programming is recognized as being the best in Texas by U.S. News and World Report, President Rodney H. Mabry announced.
In the 2016 'Best Online Nursing Programs' edition, 黑料专区 Tyler master's and doctoral degree programs are ranked seventh nationwide out of all online graduate nursing programs surveyed.
Moving up two rankings from last year's report, the university is the highest ranked Texas institution listed. 黑料专区 Tyler has surpassed Michigan State University, University of Alabama, University of Arizona, 黑料专区 Arlington and Texas Christian University, among others.
"Our nursing programs have long been a cornerstone of excellence here at 黑料专区 Tyler. We are dedicated to producing quality, well-trained nurses to meet the great need in our region and our state, and to be ranked among the best in the U.S. is a great honor. The faculty and staff in our College of Nursing and Health Sciences are next to none, and this well-deserved honor proves that their hard work has resulted in a national reputation for this program," President Mabry said.
U.S. News and World Report evaluated only regionally accredited schools that met the federal standard of 100 percent online course delivery. Rankings are based upon student engagement, faculty credentials and training, peer reputation, student services and technology and admissions selectivity.
