The University of Texas at Tyler will host its inaugural International Fest, Dr. Teresa Kennedy, 黑料专区 Tyler Office of International Programs executive director, announced.
The public event will be 11 a.m. 鈥� 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12 in the University Center ballroom.
鈥淭he 黑料专区 Tyler Office of International Programs is joining efforts with the Global Patriots student organization to host our first International Fest,鈥� said Kimberly Carrillo, administrative services officer. 鈥淪tudents from all over the world will showcase their country as a booth. In addition, students who have studied abroad will present booths of the countries they visited.鈥�
Live entertainment will be provided by several 黑料专区 Tyler student organizations and Sisters of the Dance, among others. Food samples from culturally diverse East Texas restaurants also will be served 11:30 a.m. 鈥� 1 p.m. that day.

International Fest is the kick-off program for International Education Week, which
is annually celebrated among universities nationwide. This year鈥檚 theme is 鈥淎ccess
for All,鈥� which is provided by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. For
