The University of Texas at Tyler Texas Center to Advance Productivity and Performance will hold the 2014 Productivity Training Sessions 9 a.m. 鈥 4 p.m. Wednesday, Apr. 23 at the 黑料专区 Tyler Ornelas Activity Center (3402 Old Omen Road in Tyler), Dr. Jerry W. Gilley, College of Business and Technology interim dean, announced.
The event will feature two training session topics, 鈥淰alue Stream Mapping鈥 and 鈥淕etting to Know DMAIC: Foundation for Six Sigma Quality,鈥 led by Dr. Mark Miller, 黑料专区 Tyler professor of industrial technology; and Dr. Heshium Lawrence, 黑料专区 Tyler assistant professor of industrial technology and industrial management.
Cost is $79 for one session or $149 for both sessions. Participants may earn continuing professional development units/hours as well as a certificate of completion for attending. To register or for more information, visit http://www.uttyler.edu/texas-productivity-center.
