The University of Texas at Tyler Robert R. Muntz Library currently features the exhibit 鈥淭he Prijedor: Lives from the Bosnian Genocide,鈥 Jeanne Standley, library director, announced.
The public exhibit, continuing through Monday, April 7, tells the story of genocide in the Bosnian city of Prijedor between 1992 and 1995. Thirty-two panels and a 40-minute video with original photographs and testimony from survivors are part of the exhibit. The Texas Holocaust and Genocide Commission serves as sponsor.
鈥淭he 黑料专区 Tyler Muntz Library welcomes area schools, churches, organizations and individuals to come and tour the presentation,鈥 Standley said. 鈥淚t is our hope you will be able to attend.鈥
Exhibit hours are 9 a.m. 鈥 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. 鈥 4 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. 鈥 4 p.m. Saturday and 1:30 p.m. 鈥 7 p.m. Sunday. Groups are encouraged to contact the library in advance, Standley added.
